GROWING UP
Jenny broke the news to Kenny, and he couldn’t believe his ears. At first, he thought it was a joke. Once he realized she was serious, he offered to help her out with bills, but she wouldn’t let him.
“Well, you have the looks,” he finally admitted.
Kenny and Jenny met when they were five years old, and there was an instant connection. They lived across the street from each other. Kenny saw her riding a Big Wheel up and down the driveway.
