“If you can't handle such a simple task, you should forget about becoming a doctor!” Anna stopped in her tracks, the hand holding a patient's chart dropping to her side. She frowned at the scene in front of her—attending physician, Kayla Mitchell, was chewing out Jack, a first year resident— PGY-1. Anna walked over to where three PGY-1 had gathered, eavesdropping on the scene from a corner. “What's going on?” They jumped at her voice, then let out a breath of relief when they saw it was her. Sierra grabbed Anna's arm. “Anna, Mit-bomb is at it again,” she whined. Anna's frown deepened. “Mit-bomb?” Brooke nudged Sierra, stepping in to answer. “Jack was supposed to recheck Dr. Mitchell's patient's vitals, and report back to her. He didn't.” “The patient down the hall?” Anna asked
