“Can i kiss you?”
My heart stopped beating for a second, my breath immediately hitching. A shiver was sent down my spine as I looked directly into Ash’s eyes, wondering whatever suddenly came over him to utter those words, all the mysteries slowly getting unraveled in front of me.
The tension between us- he could feel it too.
I stared into his eyes and instead of any hidden motives, all I could see was a replica of myself. Just like me, he was fighting his emotions. Trying his best to hold himself back. Trying to ignore the undeniable attraction simmering beneath the surface.
