Waking up to the sunrise flashing on my face through the window, I checked the time to see that it was almost 7:30 am. Hurriedly, I climbed down from the bed and rushed into the washroom to freshen up, although I was already late and I wouldn't want to face Ryan for any reason.
Last night, I was busy doing some research about Xander and the reason she came to the Silver Wing Pack. Although the two packs are collaborating, I don't think he has what it takes to come to an interview.
It shocked me when I learned that he was the CEO of a resort and a textile company. Just within five years, he rose to the top this way. Why wasn't he at this level all these while I was still in the Pack? Or, maybe, I wasn't aware of what was going on, and that might be what Mia saw and took over
