Sophie Barnes Soft and bridal tone of harps filled the air. It is strange that I could see smiles turning to face me but their eyes struck no bone of resemblance or had an atom of life in them. I let the curiosity waver. At least I could see his gray eyes. He stood tall on the altar, taller than the priest in charge of the wedding. I saw his smile and I smiled back. There were a lot of petals falling in my eyes all of a sudden but they never blurred out his pearl teeth shining from afar. I could stare at them all night. Night? Why am I getting married at night? The harp music stops. Along with it the whole wedding fantasy and decoration. Now it was just me in a wedding dress standing in the middle of the church. No lights, no life. Just a flowing white gown in the crack of the moon
