Julian West Alone in the house—I mean, not literally but that's kind of how it felt. It reminded me of the times when I was a teenager locked within the walls of the house. There wasn't much to do as there were barely any outdoor activities to do except the swimming pool in the backyard. The only issue was that I wasn't a fan of the water, so it never tickled me in the way it did others. Maybe that was why I was never pissed when I wasn't allowed to go to the beach as much as my mates were. Besides the soft silts beneath my legs and watching other families look very much functional, there was nothing else I enjoyed about the beach.
