Finding her Kai
We found a lead. Her kidnapper's name is Crimson. Crimson Red. Ironic isn't it? But that's the last name of traitors in the fairy community. Red. Their eyes and hair switch to red and so as their last name. There aren't many, because fairies are well-behaved and collected. But there are a few black sheep. Crimson is one of them. She killed her leader and mentor. And now she has our mate. We believe she made Sienn remember things that happened at the start and make them appear as if they were still happening. Fairies can alter memories and change them to what they wish.
But that power is banned. Since she's a traitor she can use it to her will. The week when Sienn disappeared it was good between me and her. I will say the truth school has been a b***h, but I would go to tell her goodnight before she goes to sleep and kisses her head. And I would also do her hair every morning before I went to school. Kaya was less of that. But she tried to be there more. And Crimson altered her memories. So all she remembered that day was how we started. It's sad but it is what it is. After the first week, we started feeling pain all over. We know it's from Sienn. But the pain was one of cheating. Meaning or Crimson convinced her that we rejected her. Or... She's doing something way worse.
Yesterday at 4 am we found her hideout. She's in Lincolen Creed. In Lin's territory. Lin is a student at my academy. She's the head of the vampire clan there. She's 1000 years old and she has always been interested in art. She started learning it now because she wanted to. The Creed is named after her. It is now 10 am. Neither I nor Kaya had any sleep at night because we'd been planning all night long. I pick up my phone and press on Lin's contact. "Mal, what do you need?" She answers after the first ring. "My mate was kidnapped and is in your territory," I say. "Where exactly?" She asks. "200 meters from North River," I state. I can hear her moving there. She hums to herself and thinks out "200 meters? Hmm... In the woods... There is one house there. It's very small though." She informs me. "We're coming," I reply and hang up. Kaya looks at me, her hair is a mess the bags under her eyes are very noticeable on her dark skin. "Let's go." She says. I nod and we get going. "Dad, ma, we're going." She ordered them. They all nod. Her sisters and parents and the beta, gamma, and delta are coming with us too. We all change to our wolves aside from Dawn who is in her Elf form. We run to the North River land and see there Lin waiting for us. I walk over to her and let her pet my head. "Be careful Mal. That woman, she's crazy." She warns me and I nod. "Okay. Go be safe. I'll order all Vampires to stay out of there." I lick her hand as thanks and go next to Kaya.
Kaya has opened up to me more than she has in these 4 months. It's so nice to see her smile. We run across the shoreline and into the woods. We all walk slowly and thankfully the trees are tall enough to hide Dawn. We get to the wooden house and it's just like our dream. We change back and don't mind our nudeness. It's normal with wolves. I open the door and I and Kaya walk in with Parker and Cyrus behind us. We see 3 doors. Kaya and I go to the first door to the right and Cyrus and Parker to the other two. We walk down the dirty stone stairs and reach a metal door. We can't hear s**t but we can smell 2 strong scents. 1 which is unknown to us. And the other is Sienn. But it reeks of death. I look at Kaya to see anger and frustration in her eyes. She opens the door quietly and it doesn't make any noise. The two have not noticed us. But what we see breaks our hearts. Sienn looked pale and thin. She's tied up by her arms and legs. Just like in the dream. Her hair is a mess and there are cuts scattered throughout her skin. Just like in the dream. I can only guess that the person r****g her is Crimson. Her hair is red and her skin is pale. I look to Kaya only to find Jax there. She charges at Crimson. 'Get mate! Get mate now' Ares yells at me. I run over to Sienn who is still bawling her eyes out. She mumbled something that I don't understand. I put my ear to her mouth. "Forgive me... Forgive me... I'm sorry... Forgive me..." She continues to apologize in a broken voice. I break open the shackles and wrap my arms around her small body. Just like in my dream her curves are gone. Her hair is a mess. Her skin was sickly pale. I can see her bones and her face is very thin. "K-kai..." She mumbled. "I'm here Princess. I'm right here." I hold her to my chest. And kiss her head. "I'm sorry... Forgive me..." She whispered and passed out in my hands. I look to Jax to see her holding Crimson by her hair. Crimson, to put it simply, looks dead. Her nose is broken in 3 places her legs are going in four different directions. Her face is bloody, her jaw seems to be disconnected from her skull. "I'll be keeping her. I need a new boxing bag anyway." She says. I nod at her and force myself to not look at her breasts and dangling friend. It's not the time. I can have it in me at a different time. "Let's go home."
