Vavara POV
Vera’s paws dig into the earth as we ran. It feels amazing to finally be out again. Yuri, Aleks wolf, was hot on our tail, snapping at us but he couldn’t reach us.
“You’re too fast,” I growled at Vera. She took that moment to stop abruptly, causing Yuri to knock right into us.
We tumbled several feet as I heard everyone laughing in their minds. I kept it open so we could all hear each other.
“What happened?” Alek asked. Vera jumped to her paws and ran at him. Before she could lunge at him, Yuri jumped out of the way and we fell to the ground.
“Just playing.” I giggled. Clover, Toras, and Efim chased each other in circles.. watching them goof around lightened my mood immensely.
We ran and played for a while until my Fathers voice broke into my mind.
