Vavara POV
A ding on the phone startled me. I looked at it and fumbled around a little bit before I finally got it to open.
~how’s everything going?~ Alek texted.
~everything’s fine. We watched saw.~ I replied very slowly. It took me a few tries but I think I’ve figured out this damn thing.
~you what? Why would they ever put that on?~ he asked. I let out a giggle.
~I picked it.~ I said. I watched the little bubble with three dots pop up on the screen.
“What does this mean? It keeps happening.” I said as I showed it to Clover.
“Oh, that means Alpha is typing.” She said with a smile. Nik handed me another shot of tequila and I downed it in a second.
~I could kill them for letting you pick that.~ Alek texted.
~why? I enjoyed it. A bit b****y, but it wasn’t bad.~ I replied.
~huh.
