Vavara POV
I looked around the room as Aleksandr slept peacefully between my legs with his head resting on my chest. I ran my fingers through his hair.. but something almost felt off about it. It was almost like it wasn’t real.
“You were mine.” A snarl erupted from the corner of the room making me jump. My head shot in the direction of it, yet I didn’t see anything. Am I imagining things?
“No, my love. I’m here.” The voice called to me. Chills ran down my spine as a set of blazing red eyes came into my view. Something about those eyes almost pulled me in.. begging me to go to them.
