I checked the time and it was twenty minutes to three which was my dismissal time. I remembered that I'd scheduled a dinner date with two of my girls, and I'm supposed to have a quick rest before I leave work.
I cleared my throat, looking into his eyes. "This is 2:40 PM, twenty minutes off work for me. I need done rest before then, can we say a goodbye to some other times?" Though my voice sounded cheap and simple, I held no simple face, neither was I willing to compromise.
