Omission Of Loneliness

1093 Words
The man sitting next to Roze was Warren Pain. Ceo of Pain Inc and the most sought after billionaire. He was ruthless in the business and didn't take no for an answer. He liked to be in charge, in control.  Which of course left him in the nasty of lights with his exes. All calling him a controlling prick in need of deep help. But Warren didn't think s**t was wrong with him for wanting s**t down his way. More like a perfectionist because he knew his way was perfect.  Looking at the little doll next to him, Warren c****d his head to the side in interest.  When he had seen the little female, the dark primal urge to claim her had caused his finger to move on the bid button for the first time since arriving at the auction.  He had honestly been bored, restless as he sat in his booth watching the numerous scared girls come out and look around for help.  Little Roze hadn't.  She had kept her eyes to the ground with this stubborn look on her face. Her big blue eyes seeming to speak of a pain he himself understood.  When he had finished his purchase of her, the warden that the girls in line warned him she wouldn't talk or look at him if given the option to.  Warren wouldn't allow it.  When they arrived at his home, he could see the first sign of fear on the young girls face. Sitting her down in the living room, Warren asked Roze if she was hungry or thirsty.  Roze didn't need to say a word because her stomach let out a loud rumble at the thought of food.  It'd been weeks since she'd had a decent meal.  A decent meal being a dry sandwich and water.  Roze slowly nodded and he sighed, "Look at me." Roze refused and he slowly sat on the couch but giving her tons of space. "I'm not going to hurt you." Roze scoffed, "I am a not a naïve little girl, nor am I a fool. You bought me for a reason. And a man like you could only want me for one reason."  Warren frowned a little offended, "You think I'm like the men who were holding you?" Roze let out a bitter laugh, "Like the men holding me? No, I think you're worse." Looking around Roze deduced, "Rich. White. Privileged. And worse off you seem to have ties in places to keep s**t like me hush, hush."  Roze rolled her eyes, "You men go to horrible, godforsaken auctions and buy young scared little girls to break and use until their spirits are broken. And then you toss them out like trash to suffer in pain for your horrid deeds, well I refuse to be one of them."  Warren nodded, "I admired that. You seemed to have this fire I liked. I can relate to it." Warren stood and admitted softly, "I don't usually go to those kinds of places. I don't like them, and I am so sorry for the horrors you've endured."  Looking at her Warren confessed honestly, "I'm lonely. I don't have family, I live here alone, and I...I wanted someone to be here with me."  Roze looked at him completely dumbfounded, "Wait what?" Warren sighed, "I need you to be my...companion. I will provide you with every need and want and you will simply be here. Your presence, your voice, you will just be a person in my home to care for."  Roze sat back, "You want to talk? You don't want to...?" Warren coughed, "I will not force you to do anything. I know you've seen...horrible things. But I am not a man cable of such a disgusting act. My mother raised me to respect women, I could never."  Warren faced Roze and smiled making his dimple in his right cheek wink at her, "Enough of this for now. Let's get you fed."  When they walked into the extravagant black and white kitchen, Roze was introduced to Mrs. Madeline Gregory. A sweet mid-fifties little woman with dark brown hair, and laugh lines around her bright blue eyes. She had smiled excitedly seeing the little woman and patted her cheeks affectionately, "A little peaky dear, but nothing I can't fix. Still a whole beauty, sweetie."  Blushing Roze was sat down and given a warm broth, baked bread, and some tea. When she was too full to move, she was led by Mrs. Madeline to her room. A hot bath with a nice bath bomb was run for Roze and she sighed as she slipped into the hot water. But she wasn't sure if she should enjoy it or find a way to run now. She felt like she was dreaming. She was scared the minute she blinked too hard she'd wake up and be back in that horrible place.  In a cage scared for her life.  Men coming in leering at her nastily, whipping their c***s out and jerking off looking at her gleeful. They hadn't touched her, a couple tried...but they were thankfully, luckily, stopped.  Sinking deeper into the water, Roze looked out the floor to ceiling window next to her tub and looked out over the River Thames. Sighing, Roze sat back and jumped when she heard, "Sweetie?" Smiling Roze asked, "Ma'am?"  Mrs.Madeline grinned, "You're clothes are out here. If you need anything I'm in the kitchen." Roze thanked her before she continued to soak. It was thirty minutes later when the water chilled that Roze climbed out. Her skin soft and her body boneless.  Walking out of the bathroom in a towel, Roze went into her room and found the clothes on her bed. Getting dressed, Roze looked around her room. The four-poster bed and it's thick red curtains tied back with black braided rope. Walking to the balcony she opened the glass doors. Breathing in the clean air, Roze exhaled she opened her eyes and glanced to the left. Seeing Warren on the balcony next to hers, her breath hitched in shock when his dark green eyes met her blue ones.  "Hi," he said walking the edge of his, leaning on the balcony railing casually. Roze wrapped her arms around herself, "I don't want to talk to you."  Warren smiled, "Would you listen to me sometime? And just...sit with me? Would that be okay?" Roze slowly nodded, "Fine. But in the kitchen...with Mrs. Madeline." Warren nodded, "Fine." Roze sighed, "Goodnight." Warren watched her go wondering what she had seen that made her fear him.
