The Asian’s eyes glittered.
“What?” asked Boris.
“The antimatter experiments, the ones they keep in Lab C. If we could…get them near the T-Rex…you know what would hap-pen, no?”
The Russian stared back, his expression eloquent.
Kai rubbed his hand over his face and wondered, not for the first time, how Boris had got a job there. He quickly tried to ex-plain. “Antimatter annihilates matter and creates a void. They isolated particles of antimatter in C2. They’re right there, sus-pended in xenoglass jars. The walls of the container create a magnetic field, otherwise the jars would disappear. OK?”
Boris nodded.
“If the dinosaur just happened to trample one of the samples and shatter its contain-er…”
