Cullen knew that if he wasn't around to give it to her, she would see his invitation as a challenge. Just one of the perks of knowing her for so long. Cullen chuckled to himself as he dressed. He had the entire evening planned, and he would give her the romance that she wanted, the romance that she deserved. Cullen already had everyone on board with his plans, and he was hoping to give her the proposal of her dreams. For so long, neither of them had family. They only had each other.
