The scene frightened Alexander so much that he immediately ran over and hugged Elizabeth.
"Are you all right, Elizabeth?"
Seeing Alexander, William felt very embarrassed. He stood there silently, hesitating if he should stay.
Elizabeth smiled. "Don't worry. See? I'm fine."
Despite her assurance, Alexander wasn't fully convinced. He picked her up and said, "I'll take you to the hospital for a general check-up."
Elizabeth's family had doted on her very much ever since she was a child. Even if she had a slight cold, they would be over-worried about her.
"I'm really fine. I promise."
Being picked up by her brother like a child in public, Elizabeth was a little embarrassed.
"Your car has crashed like that, yet you are telling me you are all right? How do you know that for sure?"
