We made our way to the music room and Gage sat on the bench. He waited for me to join him before he opened the cover.
"You wanted to hear my favorite song to play, right?" I nodded happily as he placed his fingers on the keys. He smiled softly as he began to play. This one was slower but no less beautiful. I was still in awe that he was able to remember all the notes to hit and the timing. His smile widened as he played. It was over far too quickly for my liking.
