Atlas POV I couldn't hold back any longer. I needed her to at least know how I felt about her. But the longer she sits there not speaking, the more I'm beginning to think I might have messed up. To soon? My luck, probably. "Are you being serious right now?" she whispered, searching my eyes. Why would I say any of that if I wasn't serious? Then I remembered how she wanted to know if this was a prank and how she mentioned it wouldn't be the first time. I wonder what she meant by all that. "Yes, I'm serious, and I know it may be too soon, but Reena, I swear you are the one for me." Of course, I blurt out even more. If I didn't scare her off before, I'm sure I just did. I closed my eyes as I sighed. It felt good to tell her half of what I felt for her, but I know I ruined my chance deep down
