Atlas POV:
Two. My mind raced at the words. Two. There’s no way. How did I miss that? Twins? My excitement grew the longer my mind raced. “I want to confront her about it tonight?” Branson spoke bringing me out of my own head. I wasn’t sure if tonight would be a good time or not. So much had happened and I’m pretty sure she’s in shock right now. A light knock echoed through the house and Branson quickly stood and made his way to the door. I already knew who it was, and I was glad she was here.
“I’m Dr. Veil,” her voice was quiet as she introduced herself, “And you must be Alpha Branson.” I stood to the side and watched as she bowed her head respectfully to him. “I am,” he told her as he stepped to the side and motioned her in.
“Alpha,” she bowed her head in greeting, “How is she now?”
