CONFINED IN AN IDEALISTIC OUTCOME---EMOTIONAL OUTBURSTS

212 Words
Sometimes we become so idealistic that we lose the sense of reality. At times, if it's not part of the result that we wanted, emotions start to flood in filling in the jar of patience. No matter how many possibilities we've written down, we will not attain that "one" we call perfect outcome or the absolute outcome a person can achieve. Overtime, you should learn that expectations will hurt you, but they will not define you, so learn to control your emotions and never expect things to end up the way you want to. It is better to look at what positive things that failure or success has brought you. You have to gain and learn from it, own it, because greater things come in the form of small grains of positivity. Rage. Panic. Anger. These things will not do you any good, especially when you hold them in. Holding onto them will be your wall. You will not be able to make any progress in life. If you are thinking about using them as motivation, maybe it will work, but it has its limits. It will be better if you would set them aside, or better yet, just let them go, and let those negative feelings flow in their own way.
