Our mind is fixed to working twenty-four hours, scientifically speaking, but it has its rest period. There are things in our minds that we can not let out nor express into action nor let go of them. Therefore, taking over the time when our mind and brain need to rest. Restless night. Overthinking. Mood changes. It is vital that we find a way to vent out our thoughts and feelings. It may come into different forms, perhaps say talking to someone or spending time away from the things that make us feel worried and uneasy. Thus, avoiding judgement and criticism, which can make the state of our mind tremble for the worst. Having mental distress is not a sign of weakness. As a whole, there is a part of you that is undergoing challenges that take time to overcome. We must worry less about how long it takes. A better way of thinking is how strong and ready we are going to be once it is over. Remember that no matter what others say, it won't matter. The important thing is you are fighting in your own way. Their comments, most of the time, will not do you any good. You are your own strength, you are the only one who can help yourself and time will tell when you are ready.
