Rajendra's mood was getting worse because his schedule was a mess. The man who was supposed to go straight to the factory after coming from Surabaya was forced to go home first to change his wet clothes. Even though Malang has a beautiful view with the sun shining brightly the temperature is still cool. Malang is like the big cities in Indonesia, which are never free from traffic. After struggling with the road conditions, that car stopped in the factory parking lot. Rajendra got out from behind the car, and the cool air immediately hit his face. A faint smile appeared on his lips, looking at the shady trees that had been deliberately planted as shade during the day. Even though their hands and eyes are focused on working, their lips certainly won't be able to remain silent without making a sound. That's the basic thing that Rajendra knows: most of the factory employees are women. The man's eyebrows furrowed, the corners of his lips rose, and his sharp eyes caught something interesting. The curves of the body are so slender with a beautiful, soft silhouette, and the view of a long neck with a honey-colored mane that is tied high and carelessly, but somehow it looks very sexy and sweet at the same time. Rajendra stepped his feet, and towards that line, I wanted to see the appearance of the owner of that beautiful body. However, Rajendra's attention was diverted by the movement of the hand of a worker sitting next to the girl. The woman in her late 30s grinds her tobacco quickly using a grinder made from special wood, which has no aroma and does not affect the quality and taste of the tobacco. Rajendra took a cigarette that had been cut off at each end so that it was neat. The man pressed the cigarette stick in his hand to measure the density of the tobacco in the stick. "Your cigarette is too dense, reduce the amount of tobacco." Rajendra then took a bundle of 20 cigarettes, then took a pocket scale and placed the cigarettes on top. 26 gram. Rajendra furrowed his eyebrows, according to the standard of Kretek cigarettes. Rajendra then took the tobacco and felt the texture on his knuckles. 'The tobacco is too dry. No wonder the weight is light, and if you trim the edges, the cigarette will not be neat, and the tobacco can even fall out and come out of the cigarette paper. Rajendra lowered his head right next to the girl's head. "Is it difficult to tidy up this cigarette?" The black-masked facelifted, and for the first time, her dark but clear eyes locked with Rajendra's dark eyes. "Yes?" Rajendra traced the small figure in front of him, and from the black mask that covered her face, Rajendra saw her narrow forehead with strands of hair growing around her marble-white forehead, neat but naturally thick eyebrows, curly eyelashes, and a small nose bridge. "It's a little difficult for me to cut it, sir. I'll be careful not to cut the paper." Even her voice sounded melodious behind the mask. "Let's see how you cut it." Without being ordered twice, the girl took a freshly ground cigarette and cut off the two ends of the tobacco that came out of the paper, then handed it to the master. Rajendra looked at each side of the cigarette carefully. "How long have you worked here?" "I've only been working for 3 days, sir," said the girl quietly. 'No wonder I've never seen your figure all this time.' Rajendra asked for the scissors in the girl's hand, tried to smooth out the cigarette that had just been ground, and then showed it to the girl. "Neat, right?" The girl nods her head, not daring to argue. "Give me your hand." The girl's hand innocently reached out towards her master. Rajendra then stood behind the girl's body, enclosing her small body with his large body. Rajendra lowered his head, the soft and sweet scent of vanilla greeted the man's nose. The man closed his eyes for a few seconds, enjoying the scent of the girl's hair. "This is how to hold it." Rajendra held the very small and smooth palm, in contrast to his large and veined hand. The man showed how to hold scissors properly, showing the top and bottom of the scissors before finally grabbing a cigarette to trim. "Make it easier?" Rajendra's voice was so close to the girl's ear that it made the girl's body shudder and her body shrivel even more. And what Rajendra did of course received glances from the employees and sarcastic whispers, but unfortunately no one dared to reprimand him, including the personal assistant who was standing behind the man. 'Mr. Rajendra forgot that this morning he had expressed his desire for a b***h at the hotel before going home?' Dimas's voice spun, 'If you still want to be horny, it's better to hire another prostitute than tease someone's daughter, didn't she see that the girl was almost scared to death?' Dimas looked pityingly at the girl, who looked frozen at what Rajendra had done to her. 'Mr. Rajendra's actions amounted to employee harassment, but no one dared to reprimand him.' "Mr Rajendra." Dimas' voice interrupted; the man whispered in his master's ear. "You don't have much time because after this you have to go to Sumber Pucung." Dimas whispered, and the man almost screamed in fear when Rajendra stared at him sharply, full of anger. "Okay." Rajendra's voice was soft, and Dimas almost cursed the man because of the image he had done in public. 'If it was just the two of us, maybe I would have been strangled by him by now.' "Work properly so that your work will be neater," said Rajendra while patting the top of the girl's head. Rajendra then went back around, checking the results of his employees' work. Because it's still early in the morning (it's still 09.00), you can be sure that the employees' work is still good and neat, but if it reaches midday, the workers will start to be pressed for time, and the results of the cigarette grinding won't be neat. Rajendra decided to postpone going to Sumber Pucung. The man sat in one of the foreman's chairs and took part in checking the milled products deposited by the workers. And sure enough, the workers avoided handing over their work to Rajendra, forcing the man to raise his hand and call the workers who had deposited cigarettes to be sorted by the foreman to line up neatly in front of him. Unlike the foremen who carefully removed the cigarettes from their bundles, Rajendra immediately opened the bundle and threw the cigarettes that did not meet the standards into the small trash can in front of him. "How long have you worked here?" Rajendra raised his head, looking at a young worker. "It's been a year, sir." "One year, but you can't grind cigarettes according to standard?" Rajendra's hands took the cigarettes in front of him, squeezing them hard until the cigarettes shattered in his hands. "Sorry, sir," the woman's face was pale, "I will fix my work." "Repair?" "Before saying that, have you ever thought about what if these dirty cigarettes get into the hands of buyers?" Rajendra took out a cigarette, showing that the side of it was dirty because of the glue and maybe because his hands were so sweaty that they were dusty and hit the paper. "You think they want to put these cigarettes in their mouths to smoke?" Rajendra's voice boomed loudly as he threw it right in the woman's face. "How long is the employment contract?" Rajendra turned his head towards the foreman, and the foreman grimaced. The work contract is 3 years, sir." "CK!" Rajendra clicked loudly, angry. "End her contract now and give her severance pay! I don't want my company to suffer losses just because of one person like you." "But sir, I will work." The woman's lips trembled to hold back tears, looking at her master imploringly. "Don't make me even more angry!" His face dropped, and he immediately left with his shoulders drooping. "Furthermore!" Rajendra's voice was loud, and seconds later the figure came with a stash of cigarettes on a tampah. "Sorry, sir, you have to leave now."
