Somebody laughs again.
She steps even closer now.
Nicole moves instantly.
“Don’t touch her,” Nicole says sharply.
“Stay out of this,” Bianca snaps.
“No,” Nicole replies. “Stop harassing her.”
Bianca ignores her completely and focuses on me again.
“You think he’ll choose you over me,” she says. “Over our families. Over everything we built.”
“I don’t think anything,” I say. “I just know he dumped your ass.”
Gasps spread through the hallway.
Bianca freezes.
“So quit acting up,” I add sweetly. “I’m not the one who dumped your ass.”
That does it.
Her hand lifts like she’s about to shove me.
Nicole steps forward immediately. “Touch her and I swear you’ll regret it.”
Bianca glares at her. “You want problems too.”
