Chapter 1

Serene's POV

"My body it is so warm and it is getting hot. What is going on?" as l lay on the bed breathing heavily. Then I heard him but who is he I thought to myself.

"Not yet my queen, soon very soon, you will be mine and I will be yours." he whispers in my ear. "You will wait until I say you can release."

My body tensing up with ecstasy and the pleasure as he runs his hands up and down my body. "I can't please... please I am going crazy.." I said. Then I hear him chuckle against my navel and as he slowly comes to my face... "Now my love...". "Oh...my...GODDESS!" I screamed.

*Slam* I wake up now on the floor completely drenched in sweat and now frustrated. " Just as it got to the most amazing part...ughhhhh."

As I proceed to get up, my door opens to a fallen figure and I hear them say "What happened!?!, Was that you sis...you okay?" Realizing it is my brother Nick, I stared at him realizing that he had a major bed head with his curly hair. "Yes I am fine just fell out of bed." I say trying not to laugh but I could not hold it back. "Pffft hahaha, your hair what the heck Nick." He turns to my mirror and start laughing himself. I love my little brother never a dull moment with him.

*Alarm goes off*

"Well it is time for training, lets go before Dad sprays us with water or worse." I said to Nick." Yeah okay I will go get our brother up. See you on the grounds sis." Nick says as he walks to my door but then stops. "By the way, you got a white line on your face sis. Gross hehe." saying this as he laughs. I grab my chancla and toss it at him but of course he dodged it.

I continue to close my door and start to change for training, once dressed I open my window doors and walk out on my balcony and take a deep breathe. The smell of soft maple and sage mixed with rosemary filled my nose. I love my home and love that I wake up to this everyday.

"Time start my day and tomorrow is my birthday. I can't wait to meet my wolf and who knows maybe meet my mate." I said to myself before walking out of my room.

"Serene Silverstone it is time for training hurry up your dad is waiting for you." I hear my mom call to me from downstairs.

"Coming, mom." I yelled back. I quickly grab my shoes and start putting them before going downstairs. I quickly mindlinked my brothers. " Hey whats for breakfast did mom say?" " Adrian responded, "Saw mom grabbing pancake mix." " Yay, I can't wait ugh I am already starving." I replied. "Well hurry it is gonna be a hard training session today." Nick says. "Alright I am coming."

I proceed to run downstairs and out the door. "Morning mom, can't wait for breakfast." I said loud enough for her to hear me before running out the door,

As I continued running towards the grounds for training, I caught a small smell of tropical fruit coming towards me. I quickly turn my head and before I knew it there he was... Travis, with light brown skin, 5"10 feet tall, black hair with deep almond brown eyes and his body. Thinking to myself "Oh my goddess.". "Sup Serene, ready for training." Travis says to me snapping me out of my trance. " Huh?,,.Oh training yeah I am ready." I replied. Way to go what am I acting like an airhead. Trying so hard not to blush but I can't help it growing up here in our pack known as Azure Eclipse here in Mount Vernon, WA. I have always had the biggest crush on him but he only saw me as Adrian's sister. Now mind you Travis is only 1 and half years older then myself. But Adrian and Travis thick as thieves, once Nick was born mom nicknamed them The Three Muskateers. I wish and hope that once I turn tomorrow that Travis is my mate.

Finally arriving to the grounds already my dad Marcus Silverstone Alpha to our family's pack started our usual morning meetings. "Good morning, everyone." father said. In unison, "Morning Alpha!" "Today I wanted to bring to everyone's attention before Alyx and Randy take over this morning's training. I have some news that has come from the Lycan Kingdom." All of us had the same confused and or wondering expression. News coming from the royal kingdom of our kind was always important and rare. My father proceeds to speak, "Late last night a vision was given to the late queen dowager from the moon goddess that a new Queen will be crowned and mated to King Eric Shadow Moon. No one knows who she is but the Queen dowager said that her eyes will be emerald green glowing with her passionage of her wolf and a new era will begin." No words could express what I was feeling when hearing this but everyone whispering distracted me from this unknown feeling. Father then spoke once more, "There will be a gathering of all the alphas and King Eric tomorrow to celebrate not only our Lunar rites to the Moon Goddess but also Serene's birthday. I expect everyone to welcome all who are visiting with open arms and respect. Am I heard Azure warriors." "Yes Alpha!" said in unison, "Alyx begin todays training, train hard and well everyone." We all bowed in respect to dad as he walked away from the grounds. Alyx spoke, "Alright everyone lets begin with a 5 mile run then sparring." And so it begins I am going to be sore, I thought to myself.
