I’m terrified but I’m doing what I need to do to get my daughter. I stuck to Gage’s back like he told me to as we slowly crept along the way to the house. The gear was heavy and made it hard to move but I pushed that to the back of my mind. If my little girl can handle being in this situation then I candle a couple extra pounds of gear weight me down. My heart was about to beat out of my chest the closer we got to the house. I was so close, yet, so far from her. All I wanted to do was rush in there and find her, but I know if I did that, things wouldn’t end well.
