Evelynn I couldn’t sleep for the life of me. I tossed and turned for hours before I gave up and laid on my back looking at the dark ceiling, think about everything that’s happened over the past few days. I couldn’t get the sight of Evan’s bruises out of my mind. When he went into more detail about his injuries, I couldn’t help but cry for him. A bruised chest bone, broken ribs and much more.
