I was really surprised by what Araya and Damino did for me. I have no words to explain how shocked and surprised I am for the birthday party celebration they prepared and made for me. It was one of a kind.

It is like seeing the whole forest in a one place and not having a meeting. For me this kind of event is a dream or something that I would say to be a wishful thinking or what some other creatures would say as a simple fantasy.

This is the best surprise I have ever received and this is the best birthday celebration that I have ever had. I really enjoyed it, I spent time with other creatures, talk and share thoughts and ideas with them.

I also had fun with the games and competitions. Araya and Damino are you usually strict and protective about me when we are outside the house because they do not want anything bad to happen to me, but at this moment it is as if they have nothing to worry about. They just allowed me to have fun, to have a little rough playing with some other creatures my age.

I think that it is not because they do not care about me anymore since I am old enough, but more like that they are calm and relaxed because they know, that there are a lot of creatures with me right now, that also feels the way they feel about me. That if something bad would happen, they are willing to protect me with all their might and whatever the cost. And I am really happy to have a family like them.

I know we all have differences in our physical attributes, lifestyle, and even our opinions and ideas. But I believe that we are all one big family here in the forest. And I believe that a real family is a family that argues, have disagreements, have different in opinions, and have respect for one another despite those differences.

With all the joy and happiness around me, I was so overwhelmed about it, I almost teared up in front of all of them. After I looked toward where Araya and Damino are seating, and I looked at them on how happy they are, how calm, how relaxed they are. I think they have been worried for weeks or maybe more like months just to prepare this marvellous and amazing birthday celebration just for me. And seeing that this party was a success on their part was really a big relief for them, that all their hard work, planning, preparing, and organizing did not go to waste.

So I looked at them, and then excused myself from the creatures that I am with currently of the moment. I went to them and each gave them a big, tight, and long hug. I even teared up a little bit while hugging both Araya and Damino since I am so touched, happy, and appreciative of what they did for me.

“Thank you so much for this celebration. I know you have prepared for a long time for this, and you planned this so hard for so long, and had a difficult time in hiding this for me since you know that I am such a curious child. You even go as far as to invite almost all the creatures of the forest to my birthday. I know it is so difficult for the both of you to prepare this, and for that I am so thankful, and I appreciate all the efforts you have made to make this event, my birthday party celebration, a huge success. I love you Araya and Damino.” I said to them after I hugged them.

I tried so much to not cry while saying those words to them, and also to not stutter since I did not prepare those sentences and words that came out of my mouth. All of those were said on the spot and no scripts, preparation, and even when I was coming to both Araya and Damino, I did not even think that I would say those words to them or give them a thank you speech. I was just so happy and overwhelmed by what they have done for my birthday party celebration and for me that a hug would not suffice to show to them on how thankful I am, grateful I am, on how I appreciate what they have done for me.

“You are welcome my beautiful child.” Araya replied to me. She was tearing up but she does not show it to me or maybe she was just shy since there are a lot of creatures around and they might see the Great Araya crying.

While Damino on the other hand did not give a reply but actually turned his back on me. Not because he was mad or anything, he meant no disrespect to me when he turned his back at me. Damino was not tearing up, he was balling out crying to the speech I gave to them and he can not hide his joy and happiness, that is why he ball out crying while turning his back around, it seems Damino does not want me to see him crying.

I just laughed at Damino and hugged him again to comfort him. But instead of him calming down, it made him cry even more. Me and Araya was shocked and we both laughed at him. Not a lot of people noticed Damino crying since they were enjoying the birthday party celebration.

“Amanalia, you can go back now to your guests. It would be rude if you kept them waiting for you even though it is your birthday. I will take care of Damino and his crying. Just go, have fun, and enjoy your 16th birthday.” Araya said to me.

“Thanks Araya! I will be going back now. I love you.” I said to them. I smiled and hugged them before I leave. When I left, I saw Araya cast a concealment power in their area, maybe it was to allow Damino to cry all out without having to worry about the other creatures in my party.

I continued on entertaining the guests, talking to them, inviting them to play the games, I was having fun. Then suddenly Araya went up on stage and everybody stopped what they are doing and looked at her. She did not even need to call them.

“Thank you every one for coming here today and joining us to celebrate the birthday of my beloved daughter Amanalia.” Araya said in front of all the guests in my party. They all wooed and clapped in response to what she said.

“Before we continue on the event, and our eating, I would like to call on my beautiful daughter and the birthday celebrant Amanalia to come up here on stage and to give us a speech. Everybody let us give her a warm cheer.” Araya said to the guests in my party. Every one cheered, and made noises. I was shocked since I did not know or was not informed that I would be giving a speech to the people who came to my birthday celebration.

But still I walked going to the stage and thought that I will just speak what is on my mind and tell them how I feel. When I arrive on the stage, I felt scared and overwhelmed by pressure to speak in front of a lot of creatures but I saw Araya looking at me and it seems like she was giving me a signal to breathe in and breathe out, and so I did and it made me calm.

“Good Evening everyone! First of all, I just want to say thank you to everyone who came here today and joined me in celebrating my 16th birthday. Some of you even came from the farthest part of the forest and I want to thank you all for coming here today. It is amazing to think that I am now an adult, and have lived 16 wonderful years here in the forest. And in those 16 years I made wonderful connections, and friends, to some 16 years is but a short time but for me, 16 years feels like a lifetime of learning, beautiful experiences, and amazing years. And that is because of all of you, who was there to teach me and guided me, to give me experiences that are happy, sad, joyful, scary, challenging, and fun, even if I live in these forest for 16 years without you people, I can assure that it would not be the same and it would be different. Because for me the forest is not the forest without you people. I also want to say thank you to my parents Araya and Damino. Both of them did their best to raise me up, to mould me, guide me to become who I am today. I just want to thank them for everything they did for me from when I was just a fragile baby, to where I am right now an adult woman. Araya, Damino, thank you for everything. I may not say this a lot but, you both know that I love you so much, and I could not wish for a better parent than both of you. I love you Araya, I love you Damino. Once again thank you everyone for coming to my birthday. Enjoy the party.” My speech to all of them.

They then applauded me and some even howled and made noises to me in a sign of agreement and welcome to what I said to them. Araya then went to the stage.

“Thank you for that wonderful speech my beautiful daughter Amanalia. So, everybody we still have foods, the night is still young, and the party is just starting. So, enjoy every one!” Araya announced to them. Everybody then howled and made noises as they enjoy the rest of the party. I also hugged Araya after she spoke. After I then went down and joined everyone on the dance floor as they danced and enjoyed the my birthday party.
