Room 13

350 Words
On her first day of school, Teffy could not believe that she was there studying for free. Aside from free tuition, she also stayed in an apartment for free. All her expenses relating to her studies were sponsored by the school including where she wanted to stay in, and she chose the apartment rather than a dormitory because as what she heard, there were ghosts and other mysteries inside the dormitory. As she was walking to find her room number, the guy accidentally bumped into her and said, "Oh, I'm sorry! Did I hurt you?" Teffy replied, "No, it's okay!" She then continued walking to find the room 13 for her English class. The guy could not take his eyes off of Teffy, however, Teffy didn't notice that the guy was looking at her because she was in a hurry. At last, she found the room 13 and there she saw lots of students. Some of the students there were having funny moments, while others were busy talking with their seatmates. Teffy seated in the front row. Since she had no friends there, she didn't make any sound, until a lady named Madison talked to her. They asked each other's name and then had a little conversation because the professor was on her way to start the class. The professor named Andrea started the class as she arrived. Unlike other classes, Prof. Andrea did not allow her students to introduce theirselves in front because for her, it's a waste of time. According to her, why would she let thousands of students talk about themselves in front when they could just get to know each other after class. Though it was just a first day of school, but Professor Andrea already noticed that of all students in her class, only Teffy did an outstanding performance, and that was the reason why most of the students in English class envied her. Teffy started to experience a not-so-fun day in the school, because other girls would throw trash on her, and there were some who made her the butt of all their jokes.
