Raven followed after Lydia, and I and Malia were close behind.
We ran to the car that was still parked where we had left it.
I opened the backseat and started searching my bag for my phone. As soon as I found it, I picked it up but was met with a black screen that wouldn't light up.
”f**k!” I screamed and tossed the phone against a tree, shattering it.
”Someone give me their phone!” I yelled and held out my shaking hand. Lydia placed her phone in my hand and I quickly dialed James’s number.
We got in the car, Raven behind the wheel, me and Malia in the back, and Lydia next to Raven.
’ Hey, is everything okay?’ He said as he answered.
’ James, it’s Amber. The war has already started, everything is happening now!’
The line went silent, and then an exhale
