Raya chuckled, grabbing both shot glasses that had originally arrived. "Oh, those shots were for me—I always order two. But for you," she teased, pressing one against Killian's lips, "I will share." Before he could even process the burn of the tequila, Raya caught the waitress's eye again. She leaned over the booth railing, her voice confident even over the music.
