Catherine finished bathing and got ready for work, when she came out of her room she saw Leo and Melissa at the sitting room chatting and laughing, she walked closer to them and said she was leaving for work, and that Leo should fix lunch for Melissa so she would eat before bring her back home for her afternoon lessons.
“Okay mum I will do just that,” Leo replied.
“That’s mum,” Melissa stood up and gave Catherine a hug.
“Take care of you,” Catherine said to her, as she waved goodbye to the both of them before leaving the house.
When she was gone, Melissa looked at Leo and told her that she likes his mum so much, and sometimes wished that she was her own mum too, she told Leo how her parents had left the house last night on a business trip without minding the way she felt about staying
