Vicky rushed back to the sitting room, leaving the food she was preparing and went over to where Joe was lying as he tries to get up from the couch she knelt down beside him and helped him lay back on the couch.
“You can get up, you are badly hurt,” Vicky told him as she adjusted the throw pillow every well to support his head.
Joe coughed and groaned at the same time, he was feeling so much pain.
“Just stay calm I will be back,” Vicky told him and rushed into her room, grabbed her handbag and came back to the sitting room.
“Look you really have to stay calm.”
“ I have cleaned the wound and replaced the bandage with a clean one, so I am heading out to go get pain killer, don’t open the door for anyone I have my own key’s,” she instructed and left the building in a hurry.
