Leo watched and made sure that Mike's mum was out of sight as he looked around the sitting room as he admired it, he used his hand to tap at the couch and feel how soft it was on his palm.
He was still studying the place and checking it out when he had a footstep coming down from the staircase he looked up hoping it were to be Mike but saw it was another lady in her early twenties.
"Good afternoon," Leo greets, as the lady approaches him.
"Hello, Mike would be out in a bit, let me get you some refreshment," the lady said and left the sitting room.
Leo thought of it and then saw reasons why Mike wasn't interested in the scholarship because his parents could actually afford his tuition fee to college.
He was still thinking about it when Mike came down and tapped him as Leo was startled
