Sun slanted under the edge of the bedroom curtain indicating most of the morning had already passed. Kurt lifted his head enough to squint at the clock on the dresser: 11:20. No wonder he was hungry. He got out of bed, snagged his boxers off the floor, and headed toward the kitchen. Halfway through making coffee, Mike wandered in wearing a pair of sleep pants.
