The next morning Amelia,Joan,and I showed up at the military head quarters to goe over the plans were should travel quietly without detection to find this mysterious armour that ceasar is wanting.have you memorized the map of butterfly island Joan I asked yes I did and here in the middle of the island is were we were surrounded by the army so I figure if we go here.as I looked were she pointed it was the east side of the island if I remember it's nothing but ledges and alot of climbing but surrounded by trees.we should be able to get to the mountain and adventure around that area it may take us a few days to find out where or if the armour exist she explained with a smile but if we get into trouble our best bet is to dive into the ocean and swim back to the shore on the Roman soil here she pointed were the entrance of the island is.i like the idea but one problem we will be armed and armour on we'll sink Joan not if we go with out armour and just take our weapons.we argued for few moments before everyone agreed to it but I was a little scared of losing our lives this ment mere stealth get in get out quickly and as quietly as possible.so we made plans and everyone left the room Amelia went home while Joan went to town for food I just started to walk around to clear my head.

I started walking to the Coliseum when i seen pilate just getting the gladiator games ready so i walked up and started to talk to him.hey uncle so i guess tomorrow were heading out to butterfly island i said with a sad face.why the long face Alex he asked in a surprised manner well I know I am the best fighter and commander you have ever trained I am just scared of the chances of success were gonna have I answered well let me tell you something me and your father when we were facing persia when we first started fighting for ceasar we were scared Persia had ten thousand soldiers marching into Roman soil there were only maybe a good eight hundred soldiers we led into battle knowing they only brought a quarter of the army they had they had thousand ships sailing into our nation and and five hundred more coming around the from the Italian nation to conquer us I can remember it now.

(On the battle ground with as kain)pilate we must stop them from taking over our banks ready our bows.when the persians ran off the ships we had ten thousand angry persians running at us wanting nothing our dead bodies.release arrows the arrows.pierced the Persian army they were dropping like flies but it wasnt enough we drew our swords and charged at the persians we fought for what was an eternity by night fall they had retreated to a near by camp they made to regroup we Los over half of our men so your father got the big idea to attack the camp when they fell asleep the Roman soldiers lit their arrows on fire and shot the persians fire lit up the whole camp the Persian army was gone in a matter of minutes the ones who survived retreated to the boats and the battle was won but the war had just begun that was just six months before the golden warrior you see we had no hope to win Alex but because of your father's command we won the war.

After talking to pilate I felt a whole lot better about our mission we hugged and I went home later that night we ate dinner then Amelia went to bed mother fell asleep in the front room so I left to go walk around not paying attention to were I was at I sat down to look in the sky when all of a sudden I hear ALEX I look and its Joan what are you doing you need to be asleep for tomorrow I had my armour on and armed all day so Joan helped me up.i couldn't sleep was my response she looked at me for a few seconds well come stay the night with me Alex I dont mind after that I agreed to go home with Joan.

After getting to her house I pull off my armour and put my weapons on the floor she takes me to the bathroom to clean me up shes scrubbing me down while I'm watching her every move.what Alex she asks noticing I was looking at her it's nothing I replied I just cant imagine my life without you she blushes and smiles I wish you would quit that you make blush every time we look into each others eyes as I lean in to kiss her lips she answers me with hers I get out of the bath still kissing her not realizing I'm naked we kiss each other uncontrollably I lift her up and take her to her bed and we lay there holding one another she whispers Alex if we agree to try to be together just promise not to let it effect us in batt look e or missions I agreed with a nod.were not together though we are just talking until I figure out if we are or not I understand Joan I I replied.i played with her hair until she fell asleep we cuddled the whole night.

The next morning we rode to Butterfly island we snuck into the east of the island something wasnt right though the fog was gone and everything was silent so we got to butterfly bay and had to climb up a rocky ledge to get onto the hill blocking our paths once we get up there we headed west along side the mountain after awhile we hear noises below us we stop to listen but we see the golden army singing in another language around a fire they seem to be fixing to go to kill someone it seems like.so we sneak around the other side of them to get to what looks like a cave I turn to joan I whispered you two stay here and look out for me I'll check out the cave they nodded in agreement.as I walked into the cave it was a little dark when I reached what seemed to be a door I opened it to see the most beautiful thing I've ever seen before it was the golden armour and weapons before I could even get the door open all the way I heard a noise as soon as I looked a big ball of fire shot at me a loud voice screaming intruder alert over and over I ran as fast as I could when I met up with Joan and Amelia we ran torwards the ledge were we climbed they got down to the bottom before boom an arrow hit my back throwing me the ground I couldn't reach the ledge to get down to them so I yelled run! They ran without hesitation of course they didnt want to but they knew I would fight my way back until Joan turned around and seen a soldier stabbed me and I fell of the ledge into the ocean.nooooooo!screamed joan her eyes filled up with tears as Amelia grabbed her and they rode off on their horses joan kept crying out Alex there was nothing she could do but report what i told her i found the armour.
