The shadow pack

"mum tell me a bedtime story please" a young boy around the age of six asked this of his mum. Mia a young mum smiled at her son that the she spoils a lot as she said " ok baby, do you know why our pack is called the shadow pack".... "no mum, tell me why it is called the shadow pack"

"well 18 years ago ,the shadow pack was the weakest pack in the demino state . Our Alpha called Alpha Alfonso was just killed and his son was adopted, no one knew who was responsible for this but we needed a strong successor of who would take over but in demino state a pack leader can only be a male leader and with the Luna and her princess being the only one's left the pack was in chaos ,distant relatives fought to throw the Luna off and take over while other pack wanted to take this as an opportunity to take over the pack . The Luna, called rose secretly left the pack to go find her son ,it was said that wen she returned back with her son ,the identical twin daughter which she left at the pack was no where to be found . The efforts to find her daughter was all in vain while being a strong Luna she fought against all attacks while she taught her son how to become the best and strongest ruller and as Jordan turned 15 he was crown the new Alpha . on the day of his coronation the pack then known as the blood pack was under attack by three major pack who wanted to take over the little wealth which the possessed. During this period Alpha Jordan living his mum in charge of the pack and stepped our with warriors to go fight ,he spent about five days before defeating the three packs and taking over the wealth and possessions of this pack as well as ruling over the three packs ,joining them with the blood pack the name changed to shadow pack saying that the shadow of his dad and his twin sister helped in conquering those three packs and since then shadow pack strength has being growing and has exceeded that of many strong pack".

" mum but i thought Alpha should have a Luna around the age of 22 but Alpha Jordan doesn't have a lady friend " the little boy asked.

puzzled by the question her son asked ,she questioned him "young man how do you know what a lady friend is ,who have you been hanging out with."

"mom sister Jessie told me about it "...

"hmm that sister of yours is really getting our of hand to be telling you the things at your age . next time don't listen to ur sister, that girl is something else, all she know is to fight and gossip around at the age of 20 she doesn't even have a male friend of her own who gave her the right to judge others and our Alpha is just too busy with protecting our pack and hasn't find a lady who is responsible and strong enough to be his Luna . what excuse does yo3ur sister has being single and fighting around, at her age she hasn't found her mate just running around fighting tel me which girl joins warriors at this time or age , you have to listen to me don't grow to be like your sister and stop listening to her nonsense ,ok baby".

"ok mummy" the young boy said yawning

The night was cold and breeze passed through the streets brushing against different doors and windows. The chattering going on in different household , different family with different activities to talk about , some household sounded peaceful and you could heard the happy laughter coming frome there homes while some argued between siblings ,a son and his dad ,a man and his wife and also see a drunkard strolling while those in the bar laughed , either from intoxication or from good experience. The night was dark but lively one which gave joy to it.

As most houses were experiencing either a peaceful or disturbing events ,the Alpha's house was not different.

At the top of the hill which was ten kilometers far from the capital, was were a castle for the Alpha ,the Luna, those related to the Aplha , royal guards and council men were all living there. different chambers had different things going on ,while at the top chamber inside the dining hall ,which was the biggest in the castle and was only for the Alpha and his closest relative.

Alpha Jordan was dining with his mom , the beta ,his two uncles and his aunt. This was a family meeting that was held to discuss two important topics.

Alpha Jordan was sitting at the head of the table ,with his mom Luna rose sitting at his right and his beta, mark at his left side. His first uncle Dennis, who is in charge of the pack warriors sat at the left with Kendall his wife beside him and Jeremy who is in charge of the medical care in the shadow pack.

"Alpha Jordan, the rumors are now getting out of hand. now the latest news is that you can't produce an that's why you don't associate with the female wolves ." Dennis stated his worries.

"I have always told, i am well educated in the medical field. if you have any problems health wise, you can always confined in me. we can do a thorough body check up on you and see if u are lacking and see if you need any treatment." Jeremy said.

Pinching the space in between his brows , Alpha Jordan was already fed up with all this rumors and complains. This was not the first time that he was hearing rumors about him ,but being infertile. who told them he couldn't provide a heir . it's not that he is infertile, the problem was that he just can't have a mate ,atleast for now he can't have a mate....
