Maddox has been honking the horn outside for a good three minutes but Vivica is putting the finishing touches on my makeup. Once she finishes, I look in the mirror and nod. I don't look too bad. It's weird seeing myself with a full face of makeup on but it doesn't look bad.
"Thanks," I mumble as I examine my lashes, which are coated in mascara. They look so much longer. I press my lips together and pull them apart, admiring the sparkles in the gloss. My eyebrows look fuller and my face looks clearer. Hm, maybe I like this whole makeup thing.
"Well, you better go. Your boy's waiting," she encourages me from her bed. It's odd being in her room. It's also odd that she's being so nice to me.
