Hereditary Prince's Wife

Chapter 6

The smell of musk is so soothing coupled with the sound of breathing that sounds so soft, making the eyes that have been closed for a long time want to close again and enjoy a little warmth that feels faint. Zane felt that his body felt more comfortable than before, his breathing was easier and no longer made his chest feel painful. The warmth in his body felt so comfortable and he wanted to get even closer to that warmth but his body still felt very weak which made it difficult for him to move his body.

While Zane was trying to change his sleeping position to find a more comfortable position, someone's hand surprised Zane because it suddenly touched his hand. And Zane finally realized that he was not sleeping alone, but that there was someone else sleeping next to him. So, the sound of soft exhalation is not his imagination or the sound of the breath of the person sleeping outside his room.

"Are you awake?", the husky, deep voice of a man sounded quietly in Zane's ears. Zane was shocked and immediately turned to the source of the sound and he looked directly into Randall's wolf-like sharp eyes.

Zane gasped and made him involuntarily choke on his own saliva and cough. Randall was startled and immediately got up and got off the bed to get warm water warmed with charcoal in the corner of the room. The room felt very warm because there was charcoal that was always refilled every time it ran out. Randall returned to bed and helped Zane to sit down and then drank the warm water that Randall had brought.

"Drink slowly, is it too hot? Or is it less warm?", asked Randall who looked at Zane who was drinking.

Randall slowly patted Zane's back gently after placing the glass on the nightstand before helping Zane back to bed, "You've finally woken up too, so it's been 14 days that you've been unconscious. Do you feel hungry?".

"Ahh, who is this young master?", Zane felt a little dazed and his voice came out very slowly and slowly.

"I'm your husband, Randall Kiran. If you don't like it, just think of us as friends who live together."

"Forget what I was talking about, hopefully when the Hereditary Prince takes the concubine, then I will be alive and later I will be able to see your son", said Zane with his pale lips smiling.

Randall looked at Zane with a sharp gaze that was neither angry nor commanding but a gaze full of meaning and reproach. Randall smiled faintly and said quietly before releasing Zane's hand from his sleeve, "We Kiran are wolves".

Zane looked at Randall who was leaving the room and he could only be confused by Randall's words, "Kiran is a wolf? What does it mean?".

"Ahh, my body is so weak. He said I didn't wake up for 14 days, so I didn't eat for 10 days. Very hungry", Zane muttered quietly.

"Young master!! Are you awake?", Gene walked into the room with a relieved face and a few tears dripping down her cheeks.

"Gene!! I'm hungry...", said Zane as soon as he saw Gene enter the room.

"Young master, I have already asked the kitchen to make food for you. Earlier the Hereditary Prince had told me to tell the kitchen to cook your food and also the medicine for you. So, let's wait a little longer and you can eat," said Gene who was kneeling beside the bed.

"Hah, tell me what happened while I was asleep", asked Zane who was looking at Gene. Gene nodded and began to talk about the wedding preparations at Thylane's mansion until this afternoon when the Hereditary Prince personally bathed Zane and fed Zane soup and medicine. Even from the moment Zane arrived in Asalie, the Hereditary Prince personally arranged everything for Zane. Every morning, the Hereditary Prince would clean Zane's body and feed Zane soup and medicine before going to work and during the day would return only to feed Zane and then leave. And at night, the Hereditary Prince will bathe Zane and feed Zane again and then sleep in the same room.

Unlike the Prince of Asalie who was hated by the Emperor, the Prince of Lyde was a person trusted by the Emperor. The Prince of Lyde is the uncle of the current Emperor, Emperor Massai, the Prince of Lyde is Bertram Lincoln. The Prince of Lyde married a man and was awarded the title of Sovereign Prince after winning wars on land and at sea in Havaa against 12 tribes and helping to stop the rebellion against the previous Emperor who was his own brother.
