CHAPTER 15 – TOM
CHICAGO“Can you search for anyone on there?” asked Tom fearfully.
“Yes of course. You just enter the name in this box, look. And you type it in.”
They were back in Dustin’s favourite position in front of the computer.
“Say you wanted to search for your family members, you would put your surname in here,” he demonstrated putting ‘Mason’ into the box.
“It won’t work for me,” said Tom honestly.
“What? Why?”
“Because I changed my name when I moved to America.”
Dustin’s eyebrows disappeared under his fringe, but he pretended that he wasn’t surprised in the slightest.
“Right… What was it before?”
“Malicki.”
“How do you spell that?”
