The sea dragon which is the familiar of Stella, the mother of Dawn Scarlett cannot help but let out a chuckle because of what the son of the head of the nine-tailed foxes clan had said. However, his laugh is not out of sarcasm more of he laughed because he genuinely found what the nine-tailed fox had said towards him funny simply because what he just said is the truth. Before he really did say that he will never let any human being have contact with him or even ask for his assistance - he was firm in actually excluding the whole sea dragon generation from human beings because he witness how human beings became greedy as time passes by.
