Stella or rather Sandara Machiavelli cannot help but let out quite a loud chuckle because of what she just heard that came from one of the ladies' mouths however, she did not let out a loud chuckle because she thinks that what the lady said is funny or of something that is really not true. The reason why she was able to let out quite a loud chuckle is that what she heard is indeed the truth and nothing but the truth. Such a rumor that she actually created by using a magical tool or something to allow herself to be able to use magic is something that she already expected, what she did not expect is the fact that someone will actually say it out loud and right in front of her.
