I am not really convinced that he is asking me that question, I really thought that he is going to ask me other things like how was I or what are the things that I have noticed just by talking to the nobles who came from different kingdoms. However, I also think that it is natural for him to ask me a question connected to Lady Carmilla Reynolds because of the conversation we had two days ago wherein he basically warned me about her not to mention the fact that he almost had his throat slit open by his majesty for always mentioning that woman.
Honestly, I bet that he wasn't really expecting that I will do something like that - like the fact that I retaliated instantly and did not allow the Lady to say something awful about me or make annoying remarks could be the reason why
