The past few days had been hectic with the recent proposals for investment I'd been receiving. After speaking with Kaden the other day, I was able to secure some massive investments due to his help and with Mandy focused on her identity issue, she paid less attention to what was happening in the company.
I was able to flush out most of Mandy's spies in the office leading to a lot of newly employed workers.
We were halfway through the agenda for the meeting when a commotion coming from outside interrupted us. It kept on increasing and eventually, I had to put the meeting on hold.
I left the conference room and the first sight that greeted me was of Mandy raising her hands and landing a slap across my assistant's face.
"What's going on, " I frowned while walking over.
