“What a good girl.” Chrissy shook too soon, spraying Autumn and the walls, and had to be drenched once again. Autumn warmed the organic honeysuckle shampoo between her palms and lathered up her fuzzy little girl. Chrissy let her, moving her paws and tail to Autumn’s hands, shaking again, and spraying Autumn with suds. She laughed and petted Chrissy’s head while she rinsed her off. A thoroughly shampooed Shih Tzu emerged from the shower and once again blasted the white tiled walls and Autumn with excess water. Autumn grabbed the towels and threw them over Chrissy, trying to contain the burst. Chrissy shook off again and this time the towels absorbed most of the water. Autumn cooed assurances at Chrissy as she squeezed the water from her, the towels already soaked. Chrissy gave soft grunts
