Zeph’s POV
It was as if the whole scene paused. I couldn’t believe what had just happened. When our lips made contact, I could feel an electric wave between us, everything seemed like a standstill. His lips felt soft, and I found myself enjoying the sensation of his mouth on mine. How long was it? Seconds? Minutes? I had no idea how long it took, but I finally recovered my senses and pushed myself away.
“I…I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to do this,” I remarked as I clumsily stood up.
Terran sat up slowly, his palm covering half of his face. “It’s fine. It wasn’t intentional.”
I nodded so fast; my head would have fallen off. “Yes, it was an accident.’
Then I heard Vixxen whistle. “Damn, was that a fighting movement? Learned a new skill.”
“Shut up Vixxen. That’s not helping,” I remarked.
