Martin and I had been carried by two massive wolves.... I was on Kieran's wolf, who he called Goliath and Martin was on Charlie's wolf.
We had decided that, although this is risky it is by far the quickest way to find Amaryllis and Dante's home.
We have past the coven as we know it and reach what looks like the edge, from afar. It is, in fact, far from that as it drops down, in lush grass down a steep hill. There is a rough path down.
"Follow this and we'll find her," I cry to all who are listening.
"To the forest over there, that is where I saw!"
I remember riding on Adam's back in happier times. I wonder whether I will ever see him again?
