When I arise from my bed today, fresh with the morning lark, I watch the sun rise up over the forest, the night turning into day.
The fire that I had burning outside has gone out and both of my captives are asleep, or at least they look that way.
I go to Edward and am pleased to see that Shadow's claw mark has not healed due to the silver.
"WAKE UP!" I roar awakening the whole forest, shaking the trees and tipping some of the sleepy faeries, who had chosen to sleep in the trees, into the air.
Edward and Janet wake with a fright.
Leaving Edward where he is I go over to Janet.
