(Third-Person POV) Chaos erupted as the pack scrambled to safety. Children cried, their small hands clutching their mothers’ as they were herded toward the underground shelters. The elderly and disabled moved as quickly as they could, their faces etched with fear but also determination. Emma’s voice rang out, calm but commanding, as she directed everyone to safety. “Stay together! Follow the marked paths! We’ll get through this!” Sareena stood at the edge of the woods, her hands glowing faintly as she mind-linked with the gamma warriors, sending them to different fronts to combat the impending breach. Her face was a mask of concentration, but her eyes betrayed her worry. “The wards are thinning faster than we can repair them,” she muttered under her breath. “We need more time.”
