The next day, as planned, all five of them set off together for the amusement park. Early in the morning, Amara came to talk with Chris and Celestia: "Last time, I had a misunderstanding with Paul because I mistook him for the person who got my friend pregnant and then abandoned her. We talked it over yesterday, but my friend has been feeling down lately, and since she's pregnant, I'd like to bring her along with us, if that's okay."
Chris just shrugged and pointed at Celestia, saying, "Ask my wife; she's the boss here!"
"Chris, are you serious?" Celestia scolded him playfully before turning to Amara and saying, "As a doctor, I understand how important it is to keep patients' spirits up. Bring her along; it'll be good for her to get out and have some fun."
