After getting off the plane Cameron and I decided to just stick together and take his car to the campus.

When we reached campus, he turned into the parking lot that was fully packed and I tried to keep my nervousness at bay.

I have always been the type of girl to just stay low and hide away in my own little turtle shell away from society.

Relief overcame me when I realized that once I got through my first day of classes I could go back to hiding in my door room and just binge on eating and catching up on teen wolf and pretty little liars.

I got out of his car with my suitcases and took a deep breath.

"You're alright?" he asked and I nodded even though deep down I just wanted to turn back around get on that plane and fly back home to Fort Lauderdale.

"Yeah..I'm fine just a little nerve wreaking since I'm new here and have to meet friends etc"

"Don't overthink things. You'll be fine, I know I just met you but I'll be here for you just call if you need anything."

"Anything hmm?" I said wiggling my eyebrow

"Woah there missy if I were you I'll be careful about saying things like that in front of guys, I mean unless you're looking for a hook up in which let me slide in them DM's.", I hunched over laughing and held my stomach as I straightened my poster and grabbed my suitcases walking into the campus building.

When I walked in I saw a beige looking color wall and a brown desk that held a woman maybe in her 50's sitting there with a pen in her tide up auburn hair.

"Hello welcome to Alaska university I'm Tammy I'm guessing you both are waiting for your room keys?" she asks and smiled looking at both me and Cameron.

"Yes ma'am" he replied ending it with a wink which made her blush but she hides it as fast as it appeared.

"Can I get y'all names please?"

"I'm scarlet and this is Cameron"

"Ok give me one second," she said typing in the computer and pulling the keys from a desk.

"Okay so miss scarlet hills your room will be in building D room 34 and Mr.Cameron king your room will be in building B Room 20," the woman said and handing over our keys.

"One more thing, there will be a campus tour this morning so if you'd like to attend please be at the entrance of the campus around 9:15 after you'd have taken your bags to your rooms."

I thanked her and hugged Cameron as we went our separate ways but agreed to both meet each other for the tour around the campus.

I walked through the building exiting out of the main building and looked on each building until my eyes spotted building D.

After settling in I unpacked most of my things and left everything else under my bed just in case my roommate turned out to be a thief.

I left out of the room and locked the door back putting the key in a place where no one could ever lose a key, my bra. I tossed it in there and walked back to the middle building where Tammy was and saw her talking to some other students who have just arrived. I walked out and saw only s couple of people along with me, which I'm assuming they're here for the tour as well.

I decided to bring my head out of my ass and ask one of the people that was here with me was this for the tour.

"Excuse me?" I tapped on a girls shoulder and she whipped around scrawling until we locked eyes and her gray eyes softened and she backed up, taking me all in

"I'm sorry uh, Hi" she addressed and I smiled "hi I'm scarlet" I replied back.

I felt her eyes all over me as if she was undressing me.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen this is the university tour so if you ready let's start walking.

As we walked I started a conversation with a few of the guys and girls there.

"On the left side, this here is your campus gym."

"The right side is the running/walking path around the campus lake"

"Straight ahead is your library"

After the tour around our whole campus, I went back to my dorm room and decided to take a shower.

I walked in and locked the door behind me and hopped into the shower.

I heard the door room jiggle and I tried keeping calm thinking maybe it was just someone walking by and brushed up against it.

Then I heard it again so I turned off the shower and wrapped myself up with a pink towel, I walked out of the bathroom and saw someone from behind scoping the room.

I grabbed a pillow and slowly walked up behind them and swung it at their head.

"Ouch, what the f**k"

Hearing the voice I could tell it was a guy. he turned around and I realized it was Jace, my best friend of 12 years.

My eyes widened and I apologized over and over again feeling bad about waking him on his head.

"Oh My God, I'm so sorry Jace"

He rubbed the back of his head and sent me a playful wink and I blushed.

"It didn't hurt that bad baby girl" baby girl? I thought to myself and shook my head laughing a little.

"Why are you here?" I asked him and he gave me the widest grin and went to the bed plopping on it.

"This here my dear sarlet is my new dorm room" he stared and stared at my body with huge eyes.

"What?" I almost shouted and followed his eyes looking down at my body realizing my towel had dropped when I had hit him with the pillow.

I hurriedly turned around bending over until I hear a groan, I stood up wrapping the towel around me.

"Sorry" I nervously said rushing to the bathroom with my clothes in hand and changed.

I spritz some perfume on and brushed my hair blow drying it and applying some makeup and walking out of the bathroom.

I grabbed my bag/purse packing my notebooks, pens, and pencils in it.

"Bye, I'll see you later" I hummed and opened up the dorm room door.

"Hold up, I'm coming with" he bellowed and hopped off the bed holding the door open for me and I gave her a smile walking to the staircase going down.

"Yo SCARLET WAIT UP!" I heard Cameron's voice call out so I slowed down and looked behind me and sure enough, it was him.

"Hey, why didn't you show up for the tour?" I asked a little - disappointed and he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"I was busy unpacking" he babbled and I looked at him funny.

"What?, I really was just unpacking" he assured me and I just rolled my eyes. "Sure, okay."

We walked until I reached the interior design class.

"Thanks", I said and cameron walked away waving, but jace stayed.

I looked at him and he gave me a what the f**k you looking at look. 

"Shouldn't you be leaving as well?" I asked and he smirked.

"Nope" he said popping the p and walked in past me taking a seat in the back of the room.

Nothing is worse than being in front of the class on the first day.

"What do you mean no" I asked taking a seat next to him and before he could answer a girl with blond hair and green eyes walked up totally ignoring me as she leaned over the desk face to face with jace and pecked his lips.

"Hey babe" she exulted wrapping her grubby little hands around his neck and I gagged getting up and moving up two seats to avoid the make-out section between the two.

Not to long afterward other people came in and I let out a sigh of relief as four people approached me and took a seat next to me.

"Hey", I looked over next to me and saw a girl with red hair who had dimples.

"Hi," I said back and smiled then the teacher entered the room.

Class started and she was basically going over the rules and what she expects from us.

After going to all my classes I went and grabbed something to eat and went back to the dorm room and starter to sketch an outfit for interior designed class for the next day.
