Chapter Nine

The news of Ezmireldas grewsome death shocked the entire town, businesses were shut down for a few days, Dean had canceled their date and October was ok with that, we was taking it harder than most, most of the town was just shocked that this had happened it had never happened here before. The police had no leads for lack of evidence her face and half of her body was marred from being under steaming hot water for hours before it went cold, there was one thing everyone was for sure of, she had been beaten and choked to death in her own bed, then moved to the shower, with evidence of r**e.

She hadnt heard much from Dean since, but she kept track of how he was doing through Milly who was worried to but also said he was more beaten up about someone he knew dying then what he was over losing someone close to him, he had no attachments to her no reason to kill her, she assumed he was more in shock over what had happened in a town he and her both grew up in. She too would have been just as shocked.

Her body was sent off with the Fbi for forensics and that was the last anyone has heard about it and it was about a week later when October decided to go see Dean to see how he was doing, she knew he would be at the bar getting it ready for opening back up, tonight was friday, she hoped it would keep him busy.

Today was a bit chilly with the storm brewing in blowing sea air from the ocean she had on jeans and a t-shirt sandals and a light jacket, her hair was thrown up in a messy bun and she had her glasses on, knowing he liked her when she wore them.

She walked her way up the hill to the bar not far from home, as she got closer she seen that not many people were there, some probably still shocked an scared to leave their houses ever since what happened, for this she was a little glad that it probably wouldnt be busy and she could talk to him and Milly.

So she walked in through the door and seen Dean cleaning the counters looking a little bored, there was in fact only two other people in the bar at the moment and none of them was Milly. "Hi Dean." she said approching.

Dean looked up off in his own world he didnt realize she had walked in, she was like a fresh breath he couldnt get enough of, the last week had been a nightmare, having police and the fbi investigate him to make sure he had no involvment in the death of his ex. Putting it aside he smile at her pretty face, " Hey little one, boy its sure nice to see you." he said.

October smiled back at him, "Its is nice to see you as well." she said.

"I figured after all this you wouldnt want to be around me." he said looking down.

"Hey," she said to him getting him to look back at her. "I know it wasnt you, its a feeling i have when im around you knowing you wouldnt hurt anyone, besides you dont have a motive." she stated.

He smiled a little, "Which is what the police said after hours of interigation." he stated to her.

She frowned, "I'm sorry Dean." she said.

He just looked at her, how can she be this beautiful? he wandered, "Will you come with me a moment?" he asked holding out his hand for hers.

She looked at his hand, confused before she took it, "Alright...were is Milly?" she asked.

"She drove to the next town over for a few days to visit her parents, shes wierd that way when something happens she goes to her moms house to check up on them." he said while walking her into the dark kitchen with him.

She got more confused when he stopped her and turned to her, "What are you doing?" she asked him.

He just looked into her eyes for a moment then cupped her cheeks, "I just need this right now ok?" he asked.

While she waited for him to show up she pulled out a few beers and set them on the coffee table next to the sleeping laptop. It was about twenty minutes passed 11 pm he would show up any minute now, as if on q there was knock at the door. She went over and answered it.
